By using Narra ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What Narra is

The scope of the learning service.

Narra generates AI-powered audio lessons based on topics and teaching styles you provide. Lessons are for educational and personal use only. Narra is not a substitute for professional advice, certified instruction, or verified academic content. Always cross-reference important information with authoritative sources.

3. Your account

Your account responsibilities.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account or use it on behalf of others without permission.

4. Plans and payments

Billing, limits, and refunds.

Paid plans are billed monthly and include access to study tools plus a daily Narra Voice limit that resets every day. Daily limits do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have an issue.

5. Acceptable use

Activity that is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Generate content that is harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Resell or redistribute generated lessons without permission
• Abuse free daily limits through multiple accounts

6. Intellectual property

Ownership of Narra and generated lessons.

Narra and its underlying technology are owned by us. You own the topics and descriptions you input. Lessons generated using your inputs are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to use anonymised lesson data to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Accuracy and liability limits.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that lessons are accurate, complete, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narra is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

When an account may end.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Paid plans are non-refundable upon termination except where required by law.
