The “Hey Narra” extension

Hey Narra lets you highlight any text on the web and get a clear, tutor-style explanation. A few things that help most:

• Sign in first. The extension needs a Narra account. Sign in at heynarra.com/login and the extension connects automatically — its popup will say “Connected to your Narra account.”
• How explanations are billed. Each explanation draws on your Narra credits, metered by length, so short highlights cost only a fraction of a credit and one credit covers many explanations.
• Not connecting? Make sure you're signed in on heynarra.com, then reload the page you're reading. If it still says you're signed out, open the extension popup and use “Sign in to Narra.”
• Out of credits? Top up any time on the pricing page.

Account & billing

Manage your profile and see your credit balance on your dashboard. For refund questions, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. To request account or data deletion, email privacy@heynarra.com and we'll remove your data within 30 days.
